Headlight ECU Tester

When LED headlights are used in modern vehicles, each headlight is operated by its own ECU, which individually controls and monitors the numerous LEDs.

We have developed several testers for various LED headlight control units. These systems are capable of capturing, analyzing, and transmitting data streams between the control units and headlights directly to HIL systems.

In addition to numerous manipulation, emulation, and trigger functions, the systems provides further measurement and generation functions.

For control and data visualization, we developed a Qt-based application and also implemented an integration into CANoe using CAPL scripts and C#-based user interfaces.
